Indochina culture and tourism festival held in Paris

VGP - The Việt Nam-Laos-Cambodia Culture and Tourism Festival themed “Indochina Passion” opened on September 30 in Paris, France.

At the opening ceremony, Mr. Phạm Ngọc Minh, CEO of Việt Nam Airlines, said the festival, the carrier’s initiative, aimed to promote images and tourism potentials of the three countries and create conditions for tourists and researchers to discover their cultural characteristics, world cultural heritage sites and special traits of daily life of the peoples.

The festival is the first step to attract French people to the Indochina tourism market, helping strengthen economic and investment cooperation between France and the 3 countries, according to Vietnamese Ambassador to France Dương Chí Dũng.

The festival concluded on October 1.
