Health ministry confirms 1,114 new COVID-19 cases
VGP - The Ministry of Health reported 1,114 new cases of COVID-19 on May 28, raising the national caseload to 10,716,361.

All of them are domestic infections recorded in 44 localities, namely Ha Noi (285), Vinh Phuc (70), Yen Bai (68), Phu Tho (66), Nghe An (59), Lao Cai (53), Tuyen Quang (48), Quang Ninh (48), Ho Chi Minh City (31), Bac Kan (31), Thai Nguyen (31), Thai Binh (27), Quang Binh (22), Hoa Binh (19), Ha Nam (17), Quang Tri (16), Hung Yen (16), Nam Dinh (16), Son La (14), Hai Duong (14), Hai Phong (13), Ha Tinh (13), Dien Bien (13), Lam Dong (12), Lang Son (12), Ha Giang (12), Lai Chau (11), Ninh Binh (10), Thanh Hoa (10), Cao Bang (8 ), Thua Thien-Hue (7), Da Nang (7), Tay Ninh (6), An Giang (5), Hau Giang (4), Binh Thuan (4), Binh Phuoc (3), Gia Lai (3), Bac Giang (3), Ba Ria-Vung Tau (2), Ben Tre (2), Dong Nai (1), Dong Thap (1) and Khanh Hoa (1).
An additional 8,463 patients were declared free of the virus, taking the total number of recoveries to 9,439,913.
The ministry also announced that there is no coronavirus-related death recorded over the last 24 hours.
The nation has administered 220,635,110 COVID-19 vaccine doses, an increase of 193,904 doses from Friday./.
