Ha Noi’s IIP rises 7% during Jan-Nov
VGP - During January-November, Ha Noi’s Industrial Production Index (IIP) rose 7 percent year-on-year, according to the latest report from the municipal Department of Industry and Trade.

In the reviewed period, many manufacturing groups recorded very strong growth, such as motor vehicles (up 18.1 percent), non-metallic mineral products (up 13.6 percent), leather and leather products (up 11.1 percent), electronics and computers (up 10.9 percent), and metals (up 10 percent).
In November alone, the city's IIP was estimated to increase by 0.9 percent compared to the previous month and a year-on-year rise of 8.5 percent.
The manufacturing and processing sector continues to be the main pillar, rising 2.2 percent month-on-month and 8.8 percent year-on-year, providing momentum for the entire industry.
This landscape reflects a strong recovery trend among major industrial enterprises after a period of significant challenges.
The group of key industrial enterprises generates nearly VND 200 trillion (US$7.6 billion) in annual revenue, accounting for 35 percent of the city's total industrial output value, exporting nearly US$2 billion, and providing jobs for around 80,000 workers./.
