VGP - The Travel, a leading tourism website in Canada, has named Ha Noi among the 10 most beautiful Southeast Asia destinations.

According to the website, Ha Noi, the capital city of Viet Nam, started welcoming tourists in the 1990s and is now one of the best spots to visit for those who want a deep understanding of Vietnamese culture.
"Guests can find many hotels, shops, eateries, and bikes in the historic district. It's no secret that the Temple of Literature is also among the city's most stunning structures. It was initially constructed as a university in the 11th century and is now a Confucian temple. Ho Chi Minh's tomb is also in Ha Noi", The Travel noted.
Earlier, Ha Noi was honored as Asia's Leading City Break Destination at the World Travel Awards (WTA) 2022 – Region: Asia & Oceania.
The capital city was named among Trip Advisor's top 25 popular destinations in Asia and sixth in the global list in 2022.
The world's largest travel site wrote the city has "aged well, preserving the Old Quarter, monuments and colonial architecture, while making room for modern developments alongside".
It also ranked first among the 10 cheapest cities to live in the world selected by the United States' World Packers. The city is described as a multicultural and historical city known for architecture, street food, nightlife, and vast history.
Together with Ho Chi Minh City and Phu Quoc Island, Ha Noi was listed among the world's 100 greatest places to explore on earth in 2021 by the U.S. Time magazine.
The city was also on the list of the "Best Cities for a Workation" released by the UK travel website Holidu, ranking 18th among the 147 cities globally, and named among the top 50 cities responding the best to the COVID-19 pandemic by the UK's Deep Knowledge Analytics.
