The Ministers of Natural Resources and Environment, Construction, Finance, Home Affairs, and Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs were tasked to promptly guide and train local authorities on the new contents of these laws.

The above ministries have to speed up the issuance of legal documents on detailed implementation of the laws and related decrees, and report the progress to the Prime Minister prior to August 20, 2024.

Provincial and municipal People's Councils and People's Committees were urged to ensure resources for the effective enforcement of these laws.

The laws, approved by the National Assembly, shall take effect from August 1, 2024, five months earlier than previously planned.

The early implementation is expected to address the ongoing challenges in land management, particularly issues related to land price calculation, acquisition and resettlement compensation./.
