Gov't issues 8 Decrees on streamlining administrative procedures, business conditions
VGP – The Government has issued eight Decrees on reduction, decentralization, and simplification of administrative procedures and business conditions.
These administrative procedures and business conditions are under the management of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Education and Training, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of National Defense, the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Construction, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Justice, and the State Bank of Viet Nam.
Under these Decree, the Government decided to abolish 184 administrative procedures, simplify 394 administrative procedures, and decentralize 134 administrative procedures to local authorities.
For business conditions, the Government decided to abolish 890 business conditions and simplify 04 business conditions. This will lead to a 50% reduction of compliance time and costs in comparison with 2024.
The issuance of these Decrees reflects the Government's high determination to build a favorable environment conducive to the people and businesses.
The Government requested ministries, agencies and localities to ensure sufficient resources for effective implementation of these Decrees./.
