To welcomed and expressed his pleasure to meet the Singaporean Prime Minister again shortly after the two countries upgraded their relationship into a comprehensive strategic partnership.

He emphasized the significance of Wong's visit, which marks the beginning of a new phase of cooperation between the two nations and reflects their increasingly close, trustworthy, effective, and dynamic relationship.

The Party chief hailed the important outcomes achieved at discussions with Singaporean leaders during his official visit to Singapore, as well as the signing of new cooperation agreements just two weeks after the visit.

The host proposed both sides promptly work on concretizing the comprehensive strategic partnership through the signing of an action program for the 2025-2030 period.

He highlighted the significance of the six key pillars of cooperation within the comprehensive strategic partnership framework and called for fostering collaboration between the two ruling parties.

He voiced his advocate for proposals for strengthening cooperation with Singapore in the fields of promoting green energy and building a regional green electricity network, as well as developing the Viet Nam-Singapore Industrial Parks (VSIPs) to be greener, smarter, and better connected.

To took the occasion to appraise Singapore's recent decision to open its market for Vietnamese agricultural and livestock products, highlighting the favorable conditions for both countries to expand cooperation in food security.

Wong, for his part, consented with the strategic orientations for future cooperation proposed by General Secretary To, particularly in increasing political trust, enhancing mutual understanding, and deepening strategic coordination via all-level delegation exchanges.

He emphasized the importance of effectively implementing existing bilateral cooperation mechanisms and establishing new ones that align with the comprehensive strategic partnership framework.

The Singaporean Prime Minister asked both sides to boost economic collaboration, create new drivers for development, promote labor cooperation, and enhance people-to-people linkages.

He reaffirmed Singapore's commitment to closely working with Viet Nam to implement cooperation agreements effectively, ensuring that bilateral relations develop towards a more substantive and efficient manner, benefiting both nations and serving as a model of cooperation within ASEAN.

Wong stressed the need to bolster consultation, coordination, and mutual support at regional and international forums, especially within ASEAN and APEC.

He underlined Singapore's stance on promoting a regional and international order based on international law and reinforcing solidarity and unity within ASEAN while maintaining the bloc's central role in the region.

The two leaders vowed to deepen the relationship between their ruling parties, maintain cooperation in strategic leadership training, and soon establish a regular exchange mechanism to enhance mutual understanding and share experiences in national development./.
