General Giap rests in peace in hometown
VGP - Legendary Vietnamese General Vo Nguyen Giap officially rested in peace in Vung Chua-Yen Island area in Quang Dong communue, Quang Trach district, Quang Binh Province.

A convoy carried General Giap's coffin to the final resting place on Sunday afternoon. The funeral procession was accomanied by hundreds of thousands of people who waited to see the General for the last time.
