FPT becomes WEF’s foundation member

VGP – The Financing and Promoting Technology Corporation (FPT) has just become the Foundation Member of the World Economic Forum (WEF).

FPT, the top traded telecommunications and Software Company and the biggest private company in Việt Nam (according to VNR500), aims at entering Forbes 500 in 2020-2024. 

WEF has so far recognized three Vietnamese companies as its Foundation Member, including FPT, the Việt Nam Oil and Gas Group (PVN) and VinaCapital Group.

Besides, it has given the title of Global Growth Companies to 12 Vietnamese companies, including PVN, Việt Nam Airlines, The Bank for Foreign Trade of Việt Nam (Vietcombank), the Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development of Việt Nam (Agribank), Tân Tạo Group and Vimcom Corporation.
