Flag hoisted half-mast in national mourning for Party leader

During the State funeral from July 25-26, flags are hoisted half-mast at the public offices throughout the country and at the Vietnamese diplomatic missions abroad, and public entertainment and recreation activities are suspended.
According to the Mourning Board, many offices, organizations, and private households have been doing so even before the start of the national mourning.
The respect-paying ceremony for the deceased takes place at the National National Funeral Hall in Ha Noi, the Thong Nhat Hall in Ho Chi Minh City, and his hometown in Dong Hoi commune of Ha Noi's Dong Anh district .
