All Jrai words are pronounced in both Vietnamese and Jrai dialects.

The dictionary is expected to help boost understanding between the Jrai people and people of other ethnic groups in the country as well as consolidate security and political order in Gia Lai province.

It helps protect and promote the cultural identity and the UNESCO-recognized Space of Gong Culture in the Central Highlands of Việt Nam.

The dictionary also serves as an effective tool for researchers, students, and public servants to study Jrai language and culture.

A project to compile the dictionary also made film episodes on customs, and culture of the Jrai people living in the Central Highlands province of Gia Lai.
