DPM meets Brazilian, U.S. Ambassadors for upcoming visits to America
VGP – Deputy PM Vuong Dinh Hue on May 9 held a working session with Ambassadors from Brazil and the U.S. The working session is the preparation for the Deputy PM’s visits to America in the upcoming time.

Viet Nam attaches importance to the relations with Brazil, a large trade partner of Viet Nam in Latin America, said Deputy PM Hue, proposing measures to reach the two-way trade value of US$10 billion by 2020.
He supposed that the two countries may enhance cooperation in such areas as coffee processing and commercialization, aquatic products, renewable energy, biological energy, defense industry and facilitate the two sides’ businesses to get access to each other’s market.
The Vietnamese leader expected that the two Governments will establish a number of crucial cooperative relations in fields of education, defense, aviation, agriculture and business development.
Ambassador Marco Antonio Diniz Brandão asserted that the Brazilian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Embassy will do their utmost to prepare the Vietnamese leaders’ upcoming visit to Brazil, contributing to promoting diplomatic, politic and economic relations.

The U.S. hopes to accelerate cooperation, investment and trade with Viet Nam, asserted Mr. Daniel Kritenbrink, adding that the U.S. businesses desire to fully get access to Viet Nam’s forecasted economic policy system.
Both sides expected that the Vietnamese Government delegation's upcoming visit to the U.S. will create opportunities for the two sides to tackle obstacles in trade relations.
The Vietnamese Government’s message is to enhance trade in a more balanced and effective manner, said Deputy PM Hue.
