Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Van Thang serves as Chairman of IFC Executive Council
VGP – Prime Minister Le Minh Hung has assigned Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Van Thang as new Chairman of the Executive Council for the Viet Nam International Financial Center.

Vice Chairpersons of the Executive Council include: Deputy Minister of Finance Nguyen Thi Bich Ngoc (Standing Vice Chairperson), Governor of the State Bank of Viet Nam Pham Duc An, Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Nguyen Van Duoc, and Chairman of Da Nang City People's Committee Nguyen Manh Hung.
Members of the Executive Council are: Deputy Minister of National Defense, Nguyen Quang Ngoc, Deputy Minister of Public Security Pham The Tung, Deputy Minister of Justice Nguyen Thanh Tinh, Deputy Minister of Home Affairs Truong Hai Long, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Sinh Nhat Tan, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Environment Dang Ngoc Diep, Deputy Minister of Science and Technology Pham Duc Long, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Nguyen Minh Hang, Deputy Minister of Education and Training Le Quan, and Vice Chairperson of the Government Office Mai Thi Thu Van.
The Executive Council shall be responsible for coordinating the establishment, operation and development of the Viet Nam International Financial Center.
Simutaenously, it shall direct the formulation of institutions and policies applicable at the Viet Nam International Financial Center.
It shall also direct the formulation of strategies, roadmaps and plans for the development of the International Financial Center in Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City.
The Ministry of Finance shall serve as the standing body of the Executive Council./.
