Deputy PM holds phone conversation with Ukrainian Foreign Minister

Sybiha reiterated that Ukraine treasures its friendship and cooperation with Viet Nam and welcomes Viet Nam's stance on the Russia-Ukraine conflict.
Bui emphasized that as a friend of both Russia and Ukraine, Viet Nam maintains a consistent, balanced, and objective stance on Russia-Ukraine conflict.
All disputes must be resolved via peaceful means, in accordance with fundamental principles of international law and the United Nations Charter, said Bui.
Viet Nam advocates and stands ready to participate in international mediation efforts to seek a long-term peaceful solution to the conflict with the involvement of all relevant parties, underlined the Deputy Prime Minister.
Both sides vowed to maintain contact and exchange of delegations at all levels, and soon hold a political consultation at deputy foreign ministerial level./.
