VGP - Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attended a ground-breaking ceremony for the construction work of Dai Ngan bridge connecting the two Mekong delta province of Soc Trang and Tra Vinh.
The 15.1km bridge, with total investment capital of nearly VND8 trillion (US$327.4 million), will help shorten travel time between Ca Mau, Soc Trang, Bac Lieu and Ho Chi Minh City - Viet Nam's biggest economic locomotive.
