Congo officially recognizes VN's market economy
VGP – Congo has officially recognized Viet Nam as a full market economy, said visiting Congolese Foreign Minister Basile Ikou Ebe.

He informed the news to FM Pham Binh Minh during their talks on October 29 in Ha Noi.
This is the first visit of Congolese FM to Viet Nam since the two countries set up diplomatic ties on July 16, 1964.
The two sides reviewed the bilateral cooperation over the past time and discussed specific measures for further cooperation in various fields.
FM Pham Binh Minh hailed the proposed official visit of the Congolese President to Viet Nam scheduled in 2014.
The two FMs also exchanged views on regional and international issues of common concern./.
