Cavalry mobile police force makes debut

VGP – The cavalry mobile police corps made its first debut today and it is put under the management of the Mobile Police High Command.

PM Nguyen Xuan Phuc, National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan, and Minister of Public Security To Lam attended the launching ceremony and marching of the new force on June 8 at Ba Dinh Square in Ha Noi.

Earlier, the cavalry mobile police force was founded on January 15, 2020, serving to combat crimes at complicated places.

The new corps march through the Parliament House

Addressing the event, the top legislator congratulated the Ministry of Public Security and the Mobile Police High Command on the inception of the new combat unit.

She proposed the force foster solidarity, strengthen personnel training, tighten disciplines, optimize the use of horses in order to accomplish political missions and be ready to defend the nation and peaceful life of the people in the new period./.
