BW Exceeds 2024 Development KPI with Launch of Phu An Thanh Construction
VGP - BW Industrial Development Joint Stock Company, Viet Nam's leading logistics and industrial real estate developer, has announced the commencement of construction for BW Phu An Thanh Industrial Hub ("PAT"), marking its 13th project of the year.

Strategically located in Ben Luc district, PAT enjoys a prime location with unmatched connectivity to key industrial and logistical nodes. Within a 60-minute drive, tenants can easily reach Tan Son Nhat International Airport, Cat Lai Port, Hiep Phuoc Port, and the bustling HCMC CBD. Furthermore, infrastructure improvements, including the completed Binh Chuan – Ben Luc section and the expected 2025 completion of the Ben Luc – Long Thanh Expressway, will seamlessly link Long An to major manufacturing hubs in Binh Duong and Dong Nai, as well as ports like Nhon Trach Industrial Hubs, Long Thanh International Airport, and Cai Mep Deep Sea Port.
The ready-built factory (RBF) project offers a gross floor area (GFA) of approximately 54,000 square meters. With its modern facilities, including a clear ceiling height of 7 meters and a single-story layout, the factory is meticulously designed to meet the rising demand from both international and domestic manufacturers.
Moreover, the project enjoys excellent connectivity to Queen Bees such as Coca-Cola, Honda, Mitsubishi, BOSCH, and Hyosung, making it an ideal site for manufacturers across various sectors, including automotive, electronics, electrical equipment, food and beverage, and machinery. The project is expected to be completed by the end of the second quarter of 2025.
As the first province in Southern Viet Nam to have its Master Plan for 2021-2023, with a long-term vision extending to 2050, approved by the government, Long An is set to become a key manufacturing and industrial hub.
Through strategic initiatives guided by the Prime Minister and the central government, Long An aims to leverage its geographical advantages and favorable policies to sustain its dynamic economic growth trajectory. The southern locality has already attracted substantial commitments from global corporations such as Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, and Yokorei, with investments amounting to US$136 million, US$185 million, and US$52 million respectively./.
