Ban Gioc- Detian Waterfall site officially operational

VGP - Viet Nam and China on September 15 officially opened the Ban Gioc (Viet Nam) – Detian (China) Waterfall site after one year of pilot operation .

Representatives from Viet Nam's Cao Bang province and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region at the inauguration ceremony of Ban Gioc (Viet Nam) – Detian (China) Waterfall Scenic Zone

The inauguration ceremony was jointly held by the authorities of Cao Bang province and the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.

The scenic zone will operate from 9am (Beijing time) or 8am (Ha Noi time) until 3pm and 2pm, respectively.

Right after the inauguration ceremony, there were six delegations of visitors from Viet Nam and China explored the scenic area on their respective sides.

According to the Ban Gioc Waterfall Tourist Area Management Board, during the trial period, from September 15 last year until August this year, a total of 939 delegations with 11,934 tourists visited landscape site.

The Cao Bang provincial People's Committee said that the Ban Gioc-Detian Waterfall tourism cooperation model was a new and unprecedented model, the first cross-border tourist landscape area between the two countries./.
