Bamboo Airways announces non-stop flights to UK
VGP – Bamboo Airways on Sunday announced non-stop air routes to the UK, with APG being the airline's representative in the UK.

The announcement was witnessed by Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh who has arrived in Scotland for the 26th United Nations Climate Change Conference of the Parties (COP26)
As scheduled, starting from January 2022, Bamboo Airways will launch six returned nonstop flights weekly connecting Vietnamese cities of Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh City with British capital London.
Practically, the direct flights will help shorten the travel time between Viet Nam and the UK to 12-13 hours, or 7 hours shorter than the transit ones.
The routes will also open up chances to increase flights between Viet Nam and other global destinations.
Opening direct flights between Viet Nam and the U.K. would contribute to commerce and people-to-people exchanges between the two countries, according to Nguyen Hoang Long, Vietnamese ambassador to the UK./.
