Mr. Nghi affirmed that Viet Nam always hopes for a peaceful, stable and prosperous Korean peninsula.

We expect relevant parties will not take actions harmful to the region’s peace and stability and strictly observe the United Nations Security Council Resolution 1874, he stressed.

DPRK is to launch the long-range rocket between December 10-22 after an unsuccessful trial in last April, according to foreign news agencies./.
