The Government chief assigned the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment to review and ratify the project in line with the current regulations.

In the second phase, the project, expected to need US $34.083 million, will be implemented at central agencies and 34 communes in three central provinces of Quảng Nam, Quảng Trị, and Thừa Thiên-Huế.

The project targets to set up biodiversity conservation corridors in the provinces in response to climate change and in the economic interest of local residents./.
