They are Le Tien Dat, Do Thanh Hai and Trinh Thi Bich Nhu who receive their spot through the Minimum Qualification Standard (MQS) Slot Allocation.
To qualify through this system, athletes must satisfy arrange of requirement such as achieving a MQS at a World Para Swimming (WPS) Recognised Competition between 1 October 2018 and 1 August 2021; being internationally classified before June 30, 2021; and having competed in at least one of the WPS World Series events in specific periods.
Nhu, the female swimmer, has made up a remarkable achievement in 2023 as she successful won five golds and one silver at the 12th ASEAN ParaGames in Cambodia last June.

Hai was Dat's runner-up at the Chinese Games after he secured three golds at the Cambodian competitions.
While Dat enjoy his first Paralympics, it will be Hai's third time in a row. He swam at the Rio 2016 and Tokyo 2020./.
