Vietnamese leaders congratulate Cambodia on formulation of new parliament, Government

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and Chairman of the National Assembly Vuong Dinh Hue separately telegraphed congratulatory letters to Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet and President of the National Assembly Khuon Sodary.

In the letters, Vietnamese leaders expressed their belief that under the leadership of  Hun Manet and Khuon Sodary, Cambodia would continue gaining greater successes in its national development towards peace, stability, prosperous development and increasing role and status in the region and the world.

They expected that the good neighborly relations, traditional friendship, comprehensive and long-term sustainable cooperation between Viet Nam and Cambodia would further develop in the upcoming time, for the sake of their peoples, making active contributions to the ASEAN Community and for peace, stability, and development of the region and the world. 

The occasion, Foreign Minister Bui Thanh Son extended congratulations to Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Cambodia Sok Chenda Sophea./.
