Vietnamese citizens warned not to travel to Bangladesh

VGP – The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has warned that Vietnamese citizens with no essential urgent needs should not travel to Bangladesh at this time due to complicated evolution of the situation there.

Meanwhile, Vietnamese citizens in Bangladesh need to take measures to protect themselves and their families, refrain from travelling to crowded areas and venues where demonstrations may occur, the ministry said Wednesday.

The ministry also urged Vietnamese citizens in Bangladesh to regularly follow instructions of the local authorities and warnings of the ministry and Vietnamese embassy in Bangladesh.
