The commercial website of VNA, http://www.vietnamairlines.com, was officially launched, offering passengers with many conveniences which can help them save time and costs.
According to Mr. Trịnh Hồng Quang, Vice Director General of VNA, the website is an effective tool for the carrier’s clients to search information, select products and methods of payment on their demand.
VNA already registered the top security level with international credit card organizations and is applying many measures to minimize risks.
The new VNA website is presented in various languages, including English, French, and Japanese.
The online check-in service is also being piloted at some major domestic airports.
