Viet Nam, Singapore sign cooperation agreements
VGP – General Secretary and President To Lam and Singaporean Prime Minister Lawrence Wong witnessed the signing of cooperation agreements between the two countries.

These agreements include:
- The Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Viet Nam and the Public Service Division of Singapore;
- The Joint Statement on supply chain resilience between Minister of Industry and Trade of Viet Nam Le Manh Hung and the Minister in charge of Energy, Science and Technology of Singapore Tan See Leng;
- The Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation between the Supreme People's Court of Viet Nam and the Supreme Court of Singapore;
- The Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation between the Ministry of Education and Training of Viet Nam and the Nanyang Technological University of Singapore;
- The Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation between the Communist Party of Viet Nam and the People's Action Party of Singapore;
- The Memorandum of Understanding on the establishment of an advanced manufacturing research center between Becamex of Viet Nam and the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*Star) of Singapore;
On this occasion, Viet Nam handed over investment certificates to the Viet Nam-Singapore Industrial Park projects in Hue, Nghe An, Ninh Binh, Hai Phong, and Ho Chi Minh City./.
