Viet Nam reports 3,949 new COVID-19 cases
VGP - The Ministry of Health confirmed additional 3,949 COVID-19 cases on Thursday, raising Viet Nam's patient tally to 10,690,471.

All of them are domestic infections recorded in 55 cities and provinces, in which the Central Highlands province of Dak Lak reported the most with 1,251 cases, followed by the capital city of Ha Noi and the northern province of Bac Ninh with 509 and 346 cases, respectively.
The ministry also said there were 7,441 new recoveries, taking the total number of recovered cases to 9,334,964.
It also announced further three fatalities, bringing the nation's COVID-19 death toll to 43,063 or 0.4 percent of the national caseload.
The nation has administered 216,326,254 COVID-19 vaccine doses, an increase of 183,381 doses from Wednesday./.
