Viet Nam reports 2,227 infections on Friday
VGP - The Ministry of Health confirmed 2,227 new COVID-19 cases on May 13, raising the national caseload to 10,693,141.

The latest patients were recorded in 53 provinces and cities in which Ha Noi reported the most with 495, followed by Nghe An province (123), Phu Tho (120), and Dak Lak (114).
The ministry said there were additional 9,065 recoveries, taking the total number of recovered cases to 9,344,029.
No fatality is confirmed over the past 24 hours, thus the nation's COVID-19 death toll remains unchanged at 43,063 or 0.4 percent of the national patient tally.
The nation has administered 216,512,573 COVID-19 vaccine doses, an increase of 186,319 doses from Thursday./.
