Viet Nam reports 1,226 new COVID-19 cases

The number of daly new COVID-19 cases from March 1-October 11, 2022

An addition of 627 patients were declared free of the virus, taking the total number of recoveries to 10,597,136.

The ministry also announced further one fatality, bringing the nation's COVID-19 death toll to 43,154 or 0.4 percent of the national caseload.

The nation has administered 260,314,915 COVID-19 vaccine doses so far, an increase of 58,422 doses from Monday./.
