Viet Nam, Laos exchange 11 cooperation documents

These cooperation documents include:

(1) Cooperation agreement between the Government of Viet Nam and the Government of Laos on the Laos–Viet Nam friendship road project.

(2) Handover minutes for the population management and citizen identification system in Laos between Viet Nam's Ministry of Public Security and Laos' Ministry of Public Security.

(3) Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on cybersecurity cooperation between the Cybersecurity and High-Tech Crime Prevention Department under Viet Nam's Ministry of Public Security and the Department of Cyber Security under Laos' Ministry of Technology and Communications. 

(4) Agreement between the Government of Viet Nam and the Government of Laos on the Laos–Viet Nam Friendship University.

(5) 2027 Cooperation Program between Viet Nam's Ministry of Justice and Laos' Ministry of Justice.

(6) Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of Viet Nam and the Government of Laos on petroleum supply infrastructure.

(7) Cooperation agreement between the Government of Viet Nam and the Government of Laos in the financial sector.

(8) Cooperation agreement between Viet Nam's Ministry of Ethnic and Religious Affairs and the Lao Front for National Development on ethnic and religious affairs.

(9) Friendship and cooperation agreement between the People's Committee of Hai Phong City and the Vientiane Provincial Administration Committee for the 2026–2030 period.

(10) Friendship and cooperation agreement between the People's Committee of Hai Phong City and the Oudomxay Provincial Administration Committee for the 2026–2030 period.

(11) Memorandum of Understanding on friendship and cooperation between the People's Committee of Ninh Binh Province and the Oudomxay Provincial Administration Committee for the 2026–2030 period./.
