Viet Nam, France sign cooperation agreements

These documents include:

(i) Letter of Intent between the Ministry of National Defense of Viet Nam and the French Armed Forces on strengthening cooperation defense equipment;

(ii) Letter of Intent between the Ministry of Home Affairs of Viet Nam and the French Ministry of Culture in the field of archives;

(iii) Two-year cooperation plan for 2025–2026 between the Ministry of Justice of Viet Nam and the French Embassy in Viet Nam;

(iv) Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment of Viet Nam and the French Development Agency on cooperation in agriculture and environment for the 2025–2030 period;

(v) Letter of Intent between the Ministry of Construction of Viet Nam and the French Ministry of Transport on promoting cooperation in transportation;

(vi) Cooperation agreement on science, technology, and innovation between the Government of Viet Nam and the Government of France;

(vii) Letter of Intent between the Ministry of Science and Technology of Viet Nam and the French Ministry of Economics, Finance and Industrial and Digital Sovereignty on cooperation in the peaceful use of nuclear energy;

(viii) Agreement between the Government of Viet Nam and the Government of France on cooperation in the repatriation of citizens;

(ix) Loan agreement between the French Development Agency and the Ministry of Finance representing the Government of Vietnam for the project on drought, erosion, and flood control in Ninh Thuan province;

(x) Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation between the Viet Nam Academy of Science and Technology and Airbus Defense and Space (Airbus), and the French national space agency (CNES) related to the deployment of earth observation satellites;

(xi) Cooperation agreement for the operation of Berths 7 and 8 at Lach Huyen port, Hai Phong, between Saigon Newport Corporation and CMA-CGM Group (CMA Terminals);

(xii) Credit contract for the project to enhance the southern transmission grid of the National Power Transmission Corporation;

(xiii) Partnership agreement on technology transfer for vaccine production in Viet Nam between Sanofi Pasteur and Viet Nam Vaccine Joint Stock Company (VNVC); and

(xiv) Purchase contract for 20 wide-body A330-900 aircraft between Vietjet and Airbus./.
