Viet Nam documents 1,323 new COVID-19 cases

The number of daily new COVID-19 cases from March 1-May 24, 2022

The latest patients include one imported case and 1,322 domestic infections recorded in 43 cities and provinces, namely Ha Noi (321), Vinh Phuc (98), Phu Tho (94), Yen Bai (58), Quang Ninh (52), Nghe An (50), Hai Duong (50), Tuyen Quang (44), Binh Phuoc (40), Lao Cai (39), Ha Nam (38), Hai Phong (36), Thai Binh (33), Thai Nguyen (32), Nam Dinh (28), Hoa Binh (27), Bac Kan (27), Hung Yen (24), Ho Chi Minh City (22), Ha Giang (19), Lam Dong (16), Quang Binh (16), Son La (16), Ha Tinh (15), Bac Giang (14), Dien Bien (13), Quang Tri (12), Ninh Binh (11), Cao Bang (11), Da Nang (10), Thanh Hoa (8 ), Lai Chau (8 ), Quang Ngai (8 ), Lang Son (7), Binh Duong (6), Gia Lai (4), Bình Thuan (4), Ben Tre (3), Tay Ninh (2), Ba Ria-Vung Tau (2), Hau Giang (2), Dong Thap (1) and Bac Lieu (1).

The ministry also said there were 6,495 new recoveries, taking the total number of

recovered cases to 9,412,403.

There is no coronavirus-related death recorded over the last 24 hours, according to the ministry.

The nation has administered 219,250,009 COVID-19 vaccine doses, an increase of 130,156 doses from Monday./.
