Viet Nam Airlines to temporarily halt flights to Russia next week

VGP - The national flag carrier Viet Nam Airlines on March 22 announced that it will temporarily halt flights on the Ha Noi-Moscow route from March 25 until further notice.

The suspension is aimed at reviewing and clarifying the procedures, requirements and regulations related to the safety of flights to Russia.

Viet Nam Airlines will offer free refunds to passengers who have booked tickets, or change to other flights when the route is resumed.

Viet Nam Airlines is currently the only airline operating a regular route to Russia. 

It affirmed that it is working hard with relevant agencies in order to resume the operation of this route as soon as possible.
