Lao Prime Minister to pay official visit to Viet Nam

VGP – Laos’ Prime Minister Phankham Viphavanh will pay an official visit to Viet Nam from January 8 to 10 at the invitation of his Vietnamese counterpart Pham Minh Chinh.
