Three Vietnamese cities among top 10 fastest-growing remote work hubs worldwide

According to the magazine, the central city of Da Nang ranks second, while the capital city of Ha Noi takes the eighth spot.

The southern metropolis Ho Chi Minh City is the third city from Viet Nam to make it to the list on the ninth spot. 

Da Nang has witnessed a significant growth of 99 per cent over the last five years and an impressive 107 per cent growth in 2023 among digital nomads. 

Citizens of almost 200 countries, including the U.S., can easily apply for online tourist visas and be in Viet Nam for up to 90 days.

Da Nang is the fifth-largest city in Viet Nam and offers free Wi-Fi in the downtown area. The coastal city in central Viet Nam is known for its sandy beaches and is considered one of the most livable cities in the country.

The list was based on an analysis of approximately 3,00,000 check-ins on the database in the past couple of years. 

It takes into account factors such as the availability of Wi-Fi in public places, ease of obtaining visas, political climate, public safety, and other such factors./.
