Standing Vice Chairman of Government Office appointed
VGP - Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has appointed Secretary of Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee Dang Xuan Phong as Standing Vice Chairman of the Government Office.

Dang, who was born in 1972 in Phu Tho Province, holds a PhD in economics. He is a member of the Party Central Committee for the 13th and 14th tenures and a deputy to the 15th National Assembly.
He was former Secretary of Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee.
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has appointed Hoang Minh Son, a member of the Party Central Committee and Director of Viet Nam National University, Ha Noi, as Acting Minister of Education and Training.
Earlier on February 27, Minister of Education and Training Nguyen Kim Son was appointed as Deputy Head of the Central Policy and Strategy Commission.
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has appointed Nguyen Dinh Khang, member of the Party Central Committee, Vice President of the Viet Nam Fatherland Front Central Committee, and Chairman of the Viet Nam General Confederation of Labor, as Standing Deputy Minister of Ethnic and Religious Affairs.
Meanwhile, Trinh Viet Hung, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee was appointed as the Standing Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Environment./.
