Rosen shared his impression to witness Viet Nam's talent, entrepreneurial spirit, and significant changes, which have created favorable conditions and opened up more investment and business opportunities for U.S. companies in the country.

He vowed to actively promote collaboration with Viet Nam in science and technology, and artificial intelligence (AI), and enhance connectivity between Vietnamese scientists and U.S. and international counterparts to develop projects in areas such as science and technology, AI, and smart governance.

Rosen affirmed his commitment to making efforts to carry out investment projects in Viet Nam, contributing to the development of the country and the Viet Nam-U.S. relationship.

To, for his part, reiterated that Viet Nam treasures the relationship with the U.S., expressing his hope that the bilateral ties will continue to become more effective, and remain stable across various fields, particularly in economics, trade, and investment, for the benefit of their people and businesses.

Viet Nam and the U.S. are two economies with complementary advantages, stressed General Secretary stated.

The Party chief welcomed Rosen Partners' investment in Viet Nam, affirming that the country is making efforts to streamline its apparatus and reorganize administrative boundaries to expand space and facilitate development, in line with the country's development goals for 2030 and 2045.

Viet Nam encourages investment in promoting culture, tourism, and people-to-people exchanges, and expects to foster stronger ties with other countries, including the U.S., in the field of science and technology, emphasized To.

He urged Rosen Partners to boost cooperation and investment in areas where the U.S. has strengths and Viet Nam has needs, including high-quality agriculture, training, and human resource development./.
