Retail power price dips 2% from November

VGP – The average retail power price shall be reduced by 2 percent from November 1, 2026, the Electricity of Viet Nam announced Sunday.

This means that the retail power price shall be lowered to VND2,159.9037 per kWh (excluding value-added tax).
