Renewed fees on entry, exit, transit, residence in Viet Nam
VGP - The Ministry of Finance has issued Circular No. 28/2026/TT-BTC on collection, payment and management of fees in the field of entry into, exit from, transit through, and residence in Viet Nam.

This Circular stipulates fee levels, the entities responsible for collecting fees and charges in the field of exit, entry, transit, and residence in Viet Nam.
These fees shall include passport issuance fees; fees for laissez-passers, exit permits, and "AB" stamps; and visa fees.
Fees for issuance of passports, laissez-passers, exit permits, and "AB" stamps:

The new Circular shall take effect on April 1, 2026./.
