Quang Ngai loosens social distancing rules

The provincial People’s Committee on August 24 permitted resumption of meetings, service and restaurants, entertainment, tourism, and educational establishments. 

The province recommended gatherings of less than 50 people at weddings parties and funerals.

Passenger transport activities are allowed to resume provided that preventive measures are in place. 

However, festivals, religious rituals, sport events, and non-essential services such as karaoke, massage, bar, cinemas, and public Internet services will still remain shut. 

So far, Quang Ngai confirmed five coronavirus infections including one death./.
