Prime Minister receives Guangxi's top party official

The two sides hailed the positive achievements in the relations between Viet Nam and China, particularly since the official visit of Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong to China from October 30-November 1 last year.
Viet Nam-China comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership always holds a crucial position in Viet Nam's foreign policy, noted Pham.
He suggested that both sides concretize the common perceptions reached by Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong and Party General Secretary and President of China Xi Jinping on bringing the bilateral ties into a new stage of development.
Liu Ning, for his part, vowed to effectively carry out the common perceptions reached between the two nations' senior leaders.
He emphasized the need to boost local-to-local exchanges, and enhance connectivity in terms of road, rail, and sea transport on par with bilateral economic and trade ties.
The Chinese official pledged to foster trade in electricity, improve the customs clearance performance for the pilot "smart border gate" model, and strengthen cooperation in combatting cross-border crimes to bring practical benefits for their localities and people./.
