The Cabinet will also discuss the implementation of the socio-economic recovery program, the three national target programs, disbursement of public investment capital, and COVID-19 response. 

Addressing the opening session, Prime Minister Pham said that the country was facing unprecedented challenges in the first seven months of 2022, notably energy price hikes and unexpected natural disasters.
