Prime Minister: Power shortage not allowed under any circumstances

The Government chief made the above order on Friday while concluding a meeting to seek solutions to ensure power supply for the last months of 2023 and for 2024.

He tasked the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Committee for Management of State Capital at Enterprises to devise concrete and feasible plans for power supply in each periods, especially dry seasons.

Pham also tasked Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha to lead ministries, agencies to promptly identify and settle obstacles related to power generation, distribution, use, reporting to the competent authorities issues beyond their competence./.
