Prime Minister orders ministries to strengthen discipline in drafting legal documents

Addressing the Cabinet on Monday, the Prime Minister said ministers and heads of ministerial-level agencies must be responsible for the formulation of the legal documents.

Ministries and ministerial-level agencies must submit draft laws and related documents guiding the implementation of these laws at the same time, Le stressed.

The Government leader also urged relevant ministries to further cut or simplify administrative procedures and business conditions in the fields of assessment of environmental impacts, issuance of construction license, management of industrial parks, fire prevention and control.

He tasked the Ministry of Finance to submit to the Government a medium-term plan for allocation of public investment capital for the 2026-2030 period in May this year.

The progress of public investment capital disbursement of ministries, agencies and localities must be made public on the Viet Nam Government Portal on a monthly basis, Le said.

He tasked the Ministry of Industry and Trade to promptly review and supplement the 8^th Edition of the National Power Development Plan in a bid to ensure sufficient power supply for socio-economic development.

The Ministry of Construction shall be responsible for completing investment preparations for the North-South High-speec railway project and rail lines connecting with China./.
