The visit is made at the invitation of Chairman of the Vietnamese National Assembly Vuong Dinh Hue.

This is an important political and diplomatic activity between the two legislatures in the Viet Nam - Cambodia Friendship Year 2022 and in celebration of the 55th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two countries (June 24).
