PM receives Japan Federation of Economic Organizations

The strategic partnership between Việt Nam and Japan is flourishing, said PM Dũng, especially in the domains of trade and investment.

PM Dũng revealed that in the upcoming visit of the Japanese PM to Việt Nam, the two sides will hold bilateral talks to reach new orientations and measures in an effort to lift the bilateral relations to a new height.

Lauding the status of Nippon Keidanren in the Japanese economy, the host leader hoped that the Federation would play an important role in boosting the bilateral linkages chiefly in economic, commercial and investment areas.

Mr. Dũng also thanked the Japanese Government for granting a big amount of ODA for Việt Nam and appreciated the Japan-Việt Nam Joint Initiative towards dramatic changes in the investment climate here.

Especially, Việt Nam, asserted PM Dũng, hopes to continue cooperation with Japanese partners to conduct ODA-using or Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects on infrastructure.   

On behalf of Nippon Keidanren, Vice President Uchida informed that Japan is consistent to attach its domestic economic growth to the Asian Community and wants to share policies on infrastructure development with Việt Nam.

According to Mr. Uchida, Japanese businesses will provide advanced technical services to Việt Nam to perfect infrastructure, build up public and private administration systems, and standardize environmental conditions.

Japanese enterprises, according to Nippon Keidanren’s Vice President, always hail the increasingly better investment and business climate in Việt Nam.
