PM Pham Minh Chinh hosts welcome ceremony for Lao counterpart
VGP - Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh hosts an official welcome ceremony for Lao Prime Minister Phankham Viphavanh at the Presidential Palace in Ha Noi on Saturday morning.
Phankham Viphavanh is accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense Chansamone Chanyalath, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Planning and Investment Sonexay Siphandone, Minister of Foreign Affairs Saleumxay Kommasith, Minister of Industry and Trade Khampheng Saysompheng, Minister-Chairman of the Government Office Khamjane Vongphosy, Governor of the State Bank Sonexay Sitphaxay, Minister of Information, Culture and Tourism Suanesavanh Vignaket, Minister of Finance Bounchom Ubonpaseuth, Minister of Public Works and Transport Viengsavath Siphandone, Minister of Education and Sports Phout Simmalavong, Minister of Health Bounfeng Phoummalaysith, and Minister of Energy and Mines Daovong Phonekeo.
