PM envisages development vision for Truong Sa island district
VGP – Truong Sa (Spratly) island district should be developed into a marine socioeconomic and cultural hub, a strong bulwark to protect the Fatherland's sovereignty at sea, said Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh.

Chinh emphasized the vision during his working session with leaders of the south central coastal province of Khanh Hoa on Sunday morning.
The vision should be realized as soon as possible, said Pham, adding that resources should be focused on immediate task of building a fishery logistics center for fisheries sector./.
