PM Dũng meets with Cambodian counterpart

VGP – PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng and his Cambodian counterpart Hun Sen on Monday agreed to boost comprehensive cooperation, particularly in economics, trade, investment between Việt Nam and Cambodia.

The two Government chiefs also agreed to organize the 3rd Việt Nam-Cambodia Investment Promotion Conference in Việt Nam in June this year.

The two countries plan to celebrate 45th anniversary of diplomatic relations. The two PMs assigned relevant ministries of the two sides to arrange activities on the occasion of the important event.

Regarding border issues, the two leaders said both sides will focus on removing obstacles against border demarcation and landmark plantation.

PM Dũng took the occasion to affirmed that Việt Nam is ready to closely coordinate with Cambodia to realize the ASEAN Presidency Year's theme: “One Community, One Destiny” , contributing to successfully building the ASEAN Community by 2015.

He also thanked Cambodian Government for its support for Vietnamese community in Cambodia.
